In an effort to get this blog back on track I have simplified it, deleted some of the attached one-topic blogs
and focused on Sabbats and Esbats, which was the original intent.
Other writings will be in 'stumbling upon the path of the goddess'
and the Borrowed Book of Charms is still active.

September Full Moon, Harvest Moon

This Full Moon is the first of the Harvest Moons. Harvest is celebrated throughout the fall. This is also a time of balance, the autumnal equinox is September 22. Let this be a part of your life and let it be reflected in your rituals and spells as we approach the equinox. The flow of energy is resting, Light and Dark are in balance.
September Full Moon is a time to clean up clutter: physical, emotional or spiritual. The dark and cold are approaching, now is the time to put things in order and finish tasks and projects.

    Every year about this time I start feeling that twinge inside. It starts as a whisper, reminding me that the cold and dark are coming. As it builds, it compels me to clear out some clutter and store things for the coming winter.
